Perry Hay & Chu LLP was organized in 1980 by the merger of Perry & Hay and Kenneth T. Chu & Associates. Jim Perry and Bob Hay created the firm of Perry & Hay after spending seven years apiece with Arthur Young & Company, each attaining the level of audit manager. Ken Chu accrued over 20 years of local public accounting experience in the Los Angeles area before the merger. Randy Galgas joined the firm five years later as an accountant, becoming partner in 1995. Randy is in charge of our technological consulting group. Ray Russell, formerly of Deloitte & Touche, as well as Lever, Lippe, Hellie & Russell LLP, joined our firm as a Partner in August of 2004. Ray is in charge of Assurance and Information Integrity Services. Mark Weber, formerly of Century Business Services, Inc, joined our firm in July 2005. As of January 2007, Mark is the partner in charge of Tax Services for the firm.

Perry Hay & Chu LLP has about 30 people on staff, fourteen of which are certified public accountants. We take pride that our Firm has been able to retain qualified personnel over the years. Nearly half of our people have been with the Firm for over 15 years.
